Kristen is an absolute delight to deal with and guided us through the process of designing our wedding cakes with so much care and skill. She is so knowledgeable about all things cake and put us at ease immediately. She made us an incredible ‘cake library’ to feed our 150 guests, with custom flavours that managed to tell our story and reflect us perfectly.

Kris Cake Co was founded by Kristen, a professionally trained pastry chef who refined her craft at Le Cordon Bleu in London before working in some of the city’s leading restaurants and five-star hotels.
With a foundation in classic technique and a passion for design, Kristen creates bespoke wedding cakes for modern couples seeking something considered, elegant, and quietly distinctive. Each cake is designed to feel personal, balancing refined aesthetics with flavours that are as memorable as the occasion itself.
Drawing inspiration from florals, nature, and fine art, her work is known for its soft, romantic style and attention to detail. A love of travel also plays a subtle role, with flavour pairings influenced by places and cultures experienced over time.
Now based in Hertfordshire, every cake is crafted in a dedicated commercial bakehouse using high quality ingredients and a meticulous, hands on approach.
Alongside weddings, Kris Cake Co also offers refined celebration cakes and artisan bakes, all created with the same level of care, creativity, and precision.
