About Kris
Originally from Canada, my journey led me to London to pursue my passion for pastry at Le Cordon Bleu. After graduating, I honed my craft in restaurants and 5-star hotels around London, but deep down, I always dreamed of opening my cake and dessert company.
At Kris Cake Co, I design bespoke wedding cakes for cool, contemporary couples who appreciate a touch of whimsy and elegance. Inspired by florals, nature, and fine art, each cake is a one-of-a-kind piece that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
My love of travel and adventure also plays a big role in my work — the flavours behind my cakes are often inspired by the places I’ve explored and the cultures I’ve experienced, adding a unique and personal twist to every creation.
When I’m not baking, you’ll find me in my garden growing edible flowers and veggies, or painting — two passions that often find their way into my cakes. From lush celebration cakes to creative patisserie tables, everything I make is crafted with love, joy, and an artist’s eye.
