About Kris
Originally from Canada, my journey led me to London to pursue my passion for pastry at Le Cordon Bleu. After graduating, I honed my craft in restaurants and 5-star hotels around London, but deep down, I always dreamed of opening my cake and dessert company.
At Kris Cake Co, I design bespoke wedding cakes for cool, contemporary couples who appreciate a touch of whimsy and elegance. Inspired by florals, nature, and fine art, each cake is a one-of-a-kind piece that’s as beautiful as it is delicious.
My love of travel and adventure also plays a big role in my work, the flavours behind my cakes are often inspired by the places I’ve explored and the cultures I’ve experienced, adding a unique and personal twist to every creation.
When I’m not baking, you’ll find me in my garden growing edible flowers and veggies, or painting, two passions that often find their way into my cakes.
