I’m Kristen, the Canadian cake artist behind Kris Cake Co. I moved to London to follow my childhood dream, training at Le Cordon Bleu before making Hertfordshire my home and bringing my own cake business to life.
My love of travel, nature and gardening inspires everything from delicate floral details to unexpected flavour combinations. I love creating cakes that feel personal, a little playful and just as exciting to eat as they are to look at.
For me, cake should never be the part you pass on. It should be the bite that surprises you, brings you back for seconds and leaves you talking about it long after the last slice.
